Join us in La Spezia to roll fresh pasta, crush basil, and share laughter around the table, no experience needed, just curiosity and appetite.

Every class takes place in La Spezia. The exact venue is confirmed 24 hours before your class — we choose the best spot based on your group size.
Small groups mean you’ll get personal attention, make new friends, and feel right at home.
Book up to 24 hours in advance. Choose your slot: 10:00 or 12:00, each session lasts 2 hours.
You'll roll and cut fresh Ligurian pasta by hand, then grind traditional pesto in a marble mortar the way it's been done in Liguria for generations. At the end you sit down together and eat everything you made, with local wine.
No experience needed. No prior cooking knowledge required. Just show up and we'll guide you through every step. One fully equipped station every 2–3 guests, including professional pasta board, pasta machine, pestle and mortar.
